Transformational Coaching Process

We believe that every client and organisation is truly unique with different goals, aspirations and areas they need support with. That’s why we create a bespoke coaching package to suit each client based on their own research-based assessments.  Below is our  simple five step process.....

STEP ONE:

A free 30-minute Compatibility Conversation:  

We do this to get to know one another better and see if we are compatible fit for coaching.  We will discuss broadly:

  • what areas you’d like to work on or are curious about

  • what you’d ultimately like to achieve and when

  • what tools and processes we use to work alongside you

  • when you’d like to start your coaching journey

STEP TWO:

Getting started: To start your coaching journey, we need to understand how you think and what your values and beliefs are.

We do this by using a number of tools including the Meta Dynamics™ Profile.

 

As a Meta Dynamics™ Profiler, Nina is able to access this  unique evidence-based, fully objective personality and behavioural profiling tool that focuses on your thinking styles. The Meta Dynamics™ Profiling Tool is based upon the most researched and well-known normative tests ever produced- the Big Five Personality Model , E-DISC and the Critical Alignment Model. It provides a robust framework for understanding human behaviour and performance.  Completion of a questionnaire and an unpack of the full report are part of this analysis and are included within your first block of coaching sessions.

As part of our initial evaluation process, we also undertake Values & Beliefs Elicitation exercises to identify your core values & beliefs and how they impact on the different aspects of your life. 

Once this initial analysis is complete, the areas that require coaching support will become evident-  allowing us to develop your personalised coaching programme. We recommend incorporating the full Meta Dynamics™ Profiling tool into your initial six sessions programme . Additional "6 pack "coaching blocks can be added as required based on your personal  development requirements. 

 

STEP THREE:

Implementation:  Commence your personalised coaching programme based on the results from the Meta Dynamics™ Profiling Tool, Values Elicitation & Beliefs analysis tools. A bespoke programme will then be developed using a wide range of coaching tools, methodologies & frameworks.

Initial investment options:

Full MDPT and 12 x 1: 1 session package includes:

  • x12 sessions online (x1x90 min and x11x60min)

  • Provision of the full Meta Dynamics™ Profiling Tool (70 questions/ 280 items) with unpack (90mins)

  • Values Elicitation & Beliefs analysis (60mins)

  • Worksheets included

  • Sessions recommended weekly/fortnightly over 3-6 months

  • Ongoing session blocks can be added - see below

 

Mini MDPT and 6x  1: 1 session package includes:

  • x6 sessions online (x1x90 min and x5x60min)

  • Provision of mini Meta Dynamics™ Profiling Tool 

  • Values Elicitation & Beliefs analysis (90mins)

  • Worksheets included

  • Sessions recommended weekly/fortnightly over 6 weeks-3 months

  • Ongoing session blocks can be added- see below

Ongoing session investment:

  • 1: 1 “6 Pack" Coaching Blocks can be added to your initial coaching block for ongoing targeted coaching . We find that blocks of six sessions (or multiples thereof) work well for our clients for session planning purposes.

Other options:

  • Topic specific coaching packages are also available in conjunction with or in addition to other sessions  (eg: Ultimate You, Real Relationships, Business By Design or Defined Leadership Packages).

  • Group coaching

  • Multi- person/ Organisation rates available.

  • Laser coaching in between sessions.​

  • Retainer for ongoing Personal, Business or Leadership coaching

Session styles may incorporate a blend of sessions including: 1:1 online or face -to-face* coaching, group coaching*, Conference session facilitation*, Workshops* or retreat style incentives * .

STEP FOUR:

Evaluation: Session by session evaluation and reflection on the areas of work to keep track of progress and growth.

 

 

 

STEP FIVE:

Ongoing support:   We are here to support you.  In addition to your regular coaching session blocks, you can add Laser coaching (for quick, focused support) or you can engage us on a retainer basis.
